if you exercise for 30 minutes a day, eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, and drink moderately ( 1-14 drinks/week), you will live on average, 14 years longer than those who do not have those healthy behaviors. The road to health need not be long and arduous- reducing your risk factors for diseases including heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and other lifestyle diseases does not require drastic measures. And we don't all have to have the bodies of movie stars either.
