Four Thoughts about Life/Work Balance

Amy Swift, writing in the Huffington Post, has an interesting post on the life/work balance issue. She interviews Jennifer Tuma-Young, professional life coach and proprietor of Find Balance in You.

Tuma-Young’s four points, familiar to most who follow life/work balance issues, but worth a quick read:

· Don’t wait for change to happen (i.e, until you lose weight) before you commit to life balance

· Picture health from the inside out, not in terms of how you look

· Use mini-goals to get to the big desired outcome

· Manage your time so it doesn’t manage you.
