On Wednesday, Juliet led a group of about fifteen people down the beautiful C&O Canal for our first lunchtime walk. It's so encouraging to see people of all ages and fitness levels getting together to enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Given the enthusiasm I've seen so far, I know we'll have tons of good news to report in the coming weeks.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (or 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, plus 1 cup ice)
- 1/2 cup green seedless grapes
- 1 banana
- 6 ounces fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
- 1 cup chilled water
