Since the 10-week challenge ended, we've heard a lot of positive feedback. Participants really enjoyed Debbie's weekly email with health tips, and they report feeling inspired to make fitness a priority in their lives.
The successes don't end there. We just wrapped up a "biggest loser" challenge for one of our corporate clients, where participants competed for a number of incredible prizes. Over the 8-week challenge, 117 employees lost more than 1000 pounds -- and the grand-prize winner lost more than 40!
We spend a lot of time thinking about incentives and coaching and motivation in the abstract. But success stories like these remind us that our programs impact real people's lives -- and encourage lasting positive behavior change.
