A lot of companies think in the short-term. They want immediate return and profit. Health isn't like that. Investing now might not pay off now, put it will be well worth it in the end.

totally agree with your statement about investing in employee health - even if there was no quantifiable financial payback, the improvements we see in morale and employee satisfaction would be worth the efforts.
